NUTRITION DETOX DIET

YOU ARE WHAT YOU EAT….

I want to start this by saying that I am not a nutritionist, but this diet has worked for me pretty well and I only do it for 1 week every month ( Last week of every month ). I will appreciate any input from my nutritionist followers….

LEMON JUICE ONLY DRESSING  FOR SALADS              DRINK A LOT OF WATER

 DAY OF THE WEEK

Breakfast

Monday

3 Boiled egg whites and 1 toast small, cup of coffee or Orange juice

2 Mozzarella string cheese  sticks and 6 Almonds

Bowl of Brown Rice with Shaved Mozzarella cheese

2 Mozzarella string cheese  sticks and 6 Almonds

3 Boiled egg whites Orange juice

Tuesday

3 Boiled egg whites and 1 toast small, cup of coffee or Orange juice

2 Mozzarella string cheese  sticks and 6 Almonds

A Bowl of Salad (no potatoes)

2 Mozzarella string cheese  sticks and 6 Almonds

A Bowl of Salad (no potatoes)

Wednesday

3 Boiled egg whites and 1 toast small, cup of coffee or Orange juice

2 Mozzarella string cheese  sticks and 6 Almonds

A bowl of fruit Salad (no bananas)

2 Mozzarella string cheese  sticks and 6 Almonds

A Bowl of Salad (no potatoes)

Thursday

3 Boiled egg whites and 1 toast small, cup of coffee or Orange juice

2 Mozzarella string cheese  sticks and 6 Almonds

Broiled or grilled Fish (no salmon) and Salad, lemon juice dressing

2 Mozzarella string cheese  sticks and 6 Almonds

Broiled or grilled Fish (no salmon) and Salad, lemon juice dressing

Friday

3 Boiled egg whites and 1 toast small, cup of coffee or Orange juice

2 Mozzarella string cheese  sticks and 6 Almonds

8 Oz Grilled turkey or chicken breast (organic) and Salad

2 Mozzarella string cheese  sticks and 6 Almonds

8 Oz Grilled turkey or chicken breast (organic) and Salad

Saturday

3 Boiled egg whites and 1 toast small, cup of coffee or Orange juice

2 Mozzarella string cheese  sticks and 6 Almonds

A bowl of fruit Salad (no bananas)

Sunday
